Size Guide

 How to Choose the Right Siz

  • Check the Size Chart: The provided size chart reflects the actual measurements of the clothing. Carefully review the size chart before making a purchase.
  • Size Comparison: Most size charts, as shown in the screenshot below, include information on US sizes for comparison with Asian sizes. Use this information to choose the size that fits you best.
  • Refer to Model Information: You can also refer to the information about the clothing worn by the models in the size chart.

⭐Additional Tip: If you are unsure about choosing a size, it is advisable to order one size larger.

It seems like my order is missing (not all items have arrived).

Can I change or modify my order?

If you wish to add or remove items from your order, please contact us at info@kirakiraworld.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order. No cancellation or changes could be applied to the order once it goes into preparation for delivery.

Note: We're not able to cancel an order that has been shipped. 

Do I have to pay VAT? (only applicable for EU customers)

Good News,😊 EU VAT is Pre-payed so you don't have to worry about Customs duties.

In view of the new EU VAT regulations that came into force on 1 July 2021, Kirakira World will be temporarily absorbing the VAT costs for shipments to the EU while we implement new measures to collect VAT from our customers. Currently, we are paying VAT through our logistics company IOSS number and this will be displayed on incoming packages to the EU (excluding the UK). As such, customers shipping to the EU should have their packages clearing customs without the need for additional VAT payment, as we will be absorbing VAT on their behalf.

Are there any additional fees for customs?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Why i did not get a confirmed email about my order?

A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours after payment is completed. We recommend checking your Junk/Spam mail folder as well. :) 

  • If you signed up for membership: you can check your order status via clicking "Account"
  • For non-members: Please contact customer service.
How to change billing address?

You can edit the billing address at checkout the page, before completing the payment. The billing address can't be edited once payment info is submitted.

Can I use more than one coupon?

Apologize for this inconvenience, per order, can only be applied with one coupon code.

However, you may use a coupon code + Kirakira points together in one transaction.

Shipping

Return To Sender Due To Incorrect Address
  • Make sure to double-check if you have provided shipping information correctly as after your order has been shipped out from our warehouse, we won't be able to change the destination. 
  • Customers are fully responsible for providing the wrong address, however, contact us immediately and check if there is anything we can offer. 
Order Processing Time

Due to a recent surge in demand, production has been delayed, and the processing period has been extended to 7-10 days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that we will make every effort to normalize the situation as soon as possible

What is the cost of shipping?
  • Free shipping when you spend over $ 100 USD
  • Otherwise, it costs US$10

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. 

After that, you will be able to track your order at track your order

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at info@kirakiraworld.com. 

We’ll either send a new one to you or give you a full refund.

I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.

Check the tracking number 3-4 business days after shipment date.

Refunds & Returns

📢 IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Whats your refund policy for returns?

We offer returns for 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Customers will be required to pay the return shipping if returning the item is necessary, however, if proof is sufficient, including images of the damage with clear photos been given, a return will not be necessary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

REQUIREMENTS:

Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to info@kirakiraworld.com including the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Evidence picture/video showing the problem/defect

What if I received a defective item?

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Please contact info@kirakiraworld.com

  • If you have received a damaged or defective product, you do not need to return the product for a refund
  • We offer returns for 30 days from the date of delivery of the order.
What if I received a wrong item?

Return Due To Change Of Mind

You may not like it all of a sudden while shopping. We will approve the return request even in such a case. However, Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. And you must return the product for a refund

  • Please contact info@kirakiraworld.com within 7 days of receiving the product for a return.
Exchanges Fee

In the following cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • Customer ordered the wrong size, wrong color, wrong item.
  • Customer fail to read the product description carefully and ordered the wrong item. 
  • However, if it is before delivery, it can be refunded without a return fee.
How do I cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours after you made the order.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately!

If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

What if my refund amount is incorrect?

You will be refunded according to the actual price paid for the items (after deducting coupons and points, if used).

Gift Card

How do I use my gift card?

1. Add the product to your shopping cart, then tap Checkout.

2. Under Payment Options, select Gift Card. (refer to the screenshot below )

3. Enter the gift card number.

What happens if the item I want to buy costs more than my Gift Card?

The Gift Card can be used up to its value and the remaining balance can be paid with another payment type. We have you covered!

How long are Gift Cards valid for?

You have three years from the date of purchase to use your Gift Card on our site, so you have time to wait for your favourite products. But don’t slack too much, blink and you’ll miss it.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment. We will send it back.

Can a gift card be used more than once?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

How to check the balance?

Please send an email to info@kirakiraworld.com. We will check and inform you of the balance.

Can a gift card be used to pay for shipping and taxes?

Yes, gift cards are applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

What if I lose my gift card?

Please send an email to info@kirakiraworld.com 

Can I apply a refund to a gift card?

Yes. If your customer used a gift card to pay for the purchase, then you can apply the refund to the gift card.

Can a gift card be used to buy a gift card?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
