I'm 5'4 ft and 119 lbs. I usually wear S-M.
The size I purchased was M (US-SM), but I have thin hips and waist, so I think I could have bought S if I wanted to look tight like a model. (My waist is 25 inches) However, if you have a chubby hip or waist, I think you can buy it according to the US size chart.
The skirt length is the same as the model. Tall people might find it a bit short.
The dress is exactly like the picture. It's sturdy yet good quality. The color is a low saturation purple. It's the exact color I wanted.
