How can I track my order?

I received a tracking number but it hasn’t been updated.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

Do I have to pay for custom fees or VAT? (only applicable for EU customers)

Good News, EU VAT are Pre-payed so you don't have to worry about Customs duties.

In view of the new EU VAT regulations that came into force on 1 July 2021, Kirakira World will be temporarily absorbing the VAT costs for shipments to the EU while we implement new measures to collect VAT from our customers. Currently, we are paying VAT through our logistics company IOSS number and this will be displayed on incoming packages to the EU (excluding the UK). As such, customers shipping to the EU should have their packages clearing customs without the need for additional VAT payment, as we will be absorbing VAT on their behalf.

Will I have to pay taxes?

Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are charged, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Return And Exchange

Do you have a returns policy?

We offer returns for 30 days from the date of delivery of the order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  Customers will be required to pay the return shipping if returning the item is necessary, however, if a proof is sufficient, including images of the damage with clear photos been given, a return will not be necessary.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Once you want to return a product, please send us a return/exchange request to including the following details:

Return Due To Change Of Mind

You may not like it all of a sudden while shopping. We will approve the return request even in such a case.  However, Return shipping fee and initial shipping fee (6.99$) will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.  And you must return the product for a refund. The initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product for a return.


If you change your mind and need to cancel an order, we are able to accept cancellations up to 24hrs after the order is made as long as it is not shipped yet. 

Exchanges Fee

In the following cases, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

▪ Customer ordered the wrong size, wrong color, wrong item.

▪ Customer fail to read the product description carefully and ordered the wrong item.

 * However, if it is before delivery, it can be refunded without a return fee.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately!

If you are approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 1 week.

My item is Defective / Damaged Item.

If you have received damaged or defective product, you may not need to return the product for refund, however we would need a picture of the defective product you have received for review within 7 days of your receipt.
